Refund Policy for Custom Sign Orders

 

At Sign Essentials, we take great pride in delivering high-quality custom products. Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are handled under the following terms:

  1. Order Accuracy: We will provide a replacement if the sign you receive differs from the approved design, or if there is a manufacturing defect.
  2. Change of Mind: Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started. Please double-check your design and order details before sending in your approval. Once quote and artwork approvals have been received – we will produce automatically. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to inquire about order status. If production has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return or refund, please email us at [email protected] with your invoice number and a brief description of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.
  4. Deposits: Most artwork and/or deposits to begin work are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.  This includes deposits placed for branding guides, wrap designs, custom work, etc.  50% deposits may be partially refundable if production has not yet started on your project. Please contact us as soon as possible to inquire about deposit refunds.
  5. Exceptions: Refunds or replacements are not provided for signs that were approved by the customer and correctly manufactured as per the order specifications.

Refund Policy for Custom Vehicle Wraps

  1. Custom Design Approval: Once a custom design is approved by you, we begin the production and installation process. As such, we do not offer refunds for custom designs unless there is a defect in the materials or workmanship.
  2.  Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work on your custom car wrap.
  3. Cancellations: Even if you cancel before installation, your deposit will not be refunded. If materials have already been ordered or created for custom-designed projects, additional fees may apply.
  4. No Refund After Installation: Once the car wrap is applied, we do not offer refunds. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues related to quality or fit.
  5. Warranty: Our wraps come with a manufactures [1-3 year] warranty covering defects in materials. If you notice issues with the product, please come in and have us review the issues to find a solution for you.
  6. Defective Work: If you believe there is a defect, please notify us within 14 days of installation. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, provide repairs or reinstallation.
  7. Post-Installation Damage: We do not offer refunds or repairs for damage caused after installation (e.g., accidents, vandalism, improper cleaning). However, we can provide a quote for repairs or reapplication if needed. You can find a copy of our wrap care guide here.
  8. Issue Resolution: If you are not satisfied with your wrap for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of installation. We will make every effort to resolve any concerns, including reworking parts of the design and/or addressing installation issues.
